This week's Tensai! Shimura Doubutsuen, they featured this cute little mammal from South America Savanna. Kinda looks like a cross between a rabbit n a kangaroo but it is not related to either. In fact, it is from its own genus. And it's called "Tobi usagi" --> Tobi Rabbit?

今年の夏祭り行きましたよ。浴衣を着てタクシで行きました。初めて金魚釣りをチャレンジしました。意外に一匹をゲットしましたよ。嬉しかった。名前もあげました。「マサキ」に決めました。名前の意味が分かりやすいですね。「相葉雅紀」のマサキです。また来年の夏祭りも行きたいなあ～最高でした！

Went to the Summer Festival organised by Japanese Association Singapore. Wore my yukata so had to take cab back n forth. EXPENSIVE! Was there with Sheepie, Jo n Jill. Sheepie managed to rent a yukata so we were walking around in yukata. Also met Layshan and some ATW ppl there. Tried the fishing game for the first time and managed to get a cute little orange goldfish. Named him (i assume its a him) Masaki for Aiba Masaki. Hohoho~~~ But i guess the best name goes to Jo's fish Pipi *coughs* Sheepie's fish is called Sheep 2. So there's like Sheep 1 and Sheep 2. haha. Jill got herself a nice little balloon flower. Wanna go again next year!!!

最近、なかなか書けない。どうして？実話アタシも分からないんだ。多分言いたい事が全部親友に伝えたから、ブログがいらないんだ。って、どうして今ここに書けているの？今家庭教師のアルバイトをやっている、そして、学生のデザリーちゃんにブログのアドレスを聞かれたんだ。だからいま何か書いたほうがいいと思う。

　今月、高校時代の親友のラモナが自分の国へ帰るんだ。高校の時はずっと一緒にいったのに、今年はまだ会ったことない。アタシは自分が何かできるかなあと思っているんだが、やっぱりなにもできない。だって、他の友達とのコミュニケーションがないし、いつも予定の時間が私にLAST　MINUTE伝えるし、こんなに長い間全然連絡しないし。それで、今、高校の親友に会いたい気持ちがすこしずつ消えてしまうんだ。彼女たちは私が最低と思うかもしれませんが、もういいわあ、私に関係ないでしょね。アタシはそっちからも会いたい気持ちが感じてない。やっぱアタシがちょっと怒っているかなあ～～～友情は一年間に一回会って、自分の生活のレポートを発表する事じゃないんからね。
　
　って、大学についての話ですが、やっと今年の七月四日卒業できます！先学期の試験の結果は大学に入ってから一番よかったの結果でした！全部B+取ったんだ。そして日本語三の先生の斉藤せんせいのおかげで、日本語三は「A]だったよ！うれしかったわあ。

Currently reading/attempting to read the english translated Genji Monogatari...and i really like their description of Prince Genji...ahhh I think he's soooo shuai!!!

ROAR LIONS ROAR

A STUNNING 6-5 win on penalty shoot out!!! superb match between the Lions and our favourite neighbouring team. I must say that it is the best and most interesting Singapore match I've been to. First we were behind one goal down and then the very nice equaliser. No goals during the extra time but many a time our GK nearly made me had heart attacks. butter fingers were evident through out the game...as well as poor judgement. he was lucky our fellow neighbours did not make good use from his silly moves.

Then the penalty shoot out. The Chinese SIngapore PR almost missed the penalty but as butter fingers cursed the game, our neighbour's GK also let the ball slip through his butter fingers. phew. then at the 6th ball our GK finally was able to dive the right direction as well as hug the ball tightly in his chest. yay! the first and last incredible thing he did for the game.

CHEERS!!! off to the finals!!!

Argh, after changing to the new blogspot, my old blogskin template is gone forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GEEZ.
Anywayz, have i mentioned that my school sux? and the people working there sux too. they don't give a shit about local students. "there's nothing we can do about it" "oh we're not in charge of this" "oh you should go to XXX department" "maybe you should go ask the XXX faculty" " *gives a vague place i should call* " "call this number 6XXX-XXXX" "eh i wonder why you called, it has nothing to do with our department" "are u sure u were asked to call this number?" All these nonsense came after 1.3 weeks. they were just sitting around laying eggs on my poor transcipt and module info when i told them i have a deadline to rush. how helpful. its no wonder they are some how ranked top #XX university in the world for some weird reasons.

today, was able to meet up with the JJs, namely Kanojo JO aka Jerry and Nibble aka Natalie spelt with only 6 letters. 久しぶりに、JJと一緒に晩ご飯を食べにIMMへ行った。とても楽しかったわあ。新しい学期をはじめた、なんか時間がないんから、あまりJJと一緒に出かけないなあ。ちょっとさびしいとおもう。来週の金曜日またJJJと一緒にヴィヴォシディへいく~~~楽しみねえ！って、一週間に授業でJerryと二回会える。それで、JYと一回会えるですね。Natalieのことは全然会えないなァ。

Hai! Exam is over ne! Can't really jump for joy because i've been such a bad bad lazy slacker who actually didnt study much for anything. ARGH!!! worse thing is that i don't really feel too bad about it.

gonna work hard for my tuitions so i can get $$$$$$$$ and buy my ticket to japan/fukuoka/hokkaido

and i can take j lang again next sem!!! YATTA!!!

and yes...due to boredom etc etc i started watching Tatta Hitotsu no Koi (which means something like "the one and only love/romance") i was boycotting it cuz kamenashi is the lead but hmmm i had to watch cuz koki is so cute inside and hiraoka is sooooo kakkouii desu yo! and i have to admit kame looked really good in the drama. and its a pretty nice romance. cant wait for the next.

finally finished my Attention Please today after stopping in June. Maa...not a bad drama but i won't watch it again. Ahhh~~~ cant wait for brother beat episode 11 subs out. and then of cuz next season there's Hana Yori Dango 2!!!! Nanami didnt want to go as it wasnt supposed to be a date. But because the voucher/ticket will expire on that day, they went to watch it.

They went to the movies and had a squabble over salted n sweet popcorn. really cute. Yano decided to buy both flavor and wanted to pay for both but Nanami insisted she pay for herself but she didnt have enough money so Yano, very happily, paid for both of them. Nanami insisted she'll pay him back the next day.

The theatre was really empty. Before the movie started, Yano told Nanami a profile of Nana-chan (i.e her birthday, starsign, her family [parents n sister], her favourite hobby karaoke, her fav color pink, her smiling/laughing even at things not funny, etc] but Nanami explained she didn't mean a profile but more of happenings during Yano n Nana-chan's relationship. The movie started.

Nanami couldnt help but think of her first date with Yano to the cinema when they first held hands...

After the movie...they quarrelled again by the river. "You wanted Nana-chan to be back and alive, you said that didnt you, the other time [i.e when they went to the beach, before Nanami n Yano broke up]". Nanami asked what would happen to them if Nana-chan didn't die in the accident. Yano said that it is impossible anyway, and on top of that he wasn't really serious when he said that. He didn't really mean what he said. Nanami said Yano has not been answering her questions but Yano said he is. but Nanami asked him to stop escaping from this topic again and again while Yano continued to deny it. A frustrated Yano asked "Then how else would you like me to answer your questions??!?!?".

Nanami said she's had enough n stormed off. She thought about some stuff and slipped n fell. She thinks that she doesnt understand Yano's feelings at all now. WHen Yano caught up with her, she fessed up that she no longer has the confidence, this is the end, her limit. Yano replied in a rather cold manner "ok game's over then.".

On the way back it was total silence.

Outside Nanami's house, just as Nanami walked through the gate, Yano suddenly said "We quarreled..." [talking about Nana-chan and himself] Yano had asked Nana-chan to go to this place [i cant figure out where] since she said something about wanting to go some time back. But she said sorry she went with her friends, even emphasized they were university students, but they only ate and chatted. Yano said she didnt inform him. But she thought that Yano did not contact her during that time so she thought he was busy. But Yano explained that he was looking for part-time work with Takeuchi. She didnt know about it as he didnt inform her. He said he did call and all but she was like "you did? when?" He then said something angry about not wanting her to go again and that she's really stupid.

Yano said "even if u dont believe me...u r an important person i cherish in my life now" Yano left and Nanami had tears in her eyes..."Yano!," Nanami shouted after him, "I think Nana-chan really loved you! She must be regreting now this moment about leaving Yano behind, she really must be regretting it! she must be regretting making you said. and definitely even now she must be in heaven watching over him." Nanami then ran up to Yano and embraced him tightly."Ah...its the same person..." [referring to the crying Yano in the beach episode] It then dawned upon her that this time, she want to help mend the broken heart of Yano. "It's ok, Nana-san did not escape from you but she juts ......she really loved Yano...but she just didnt have the chance to say it. Yano, please answer her, Im sure Nana-san is listening right now. Yano wants to apologize right?"

Bokura ga ita literally means There were us.
Its the title of this shoujo anime im currently watching. its some romance school-life anime and im rather shocked that im so stuck to this anime. i.e. i cant wait for the next episode to come out and i watch raw episodes cuz i cant wait for the subs.

Takahashi Nanami is a girl in senior highschool. She's reall sweet and all but considered average looking. I think she's kinda cute though and i really like the Seiyuu cuz she's got this really nice sweet voice. i think her "heh heh" is really funny cuz it sounds really confused.

Motoharu Yano is in Takahashi's class and he's the most popular guy in school. Yano's first love was this girl called Yamamoto Nana, whose the sister of Yamamoto Yuri, a girl from Yano's class since middle school. Yano's best friend is Takeuchi Masafumi, a guy from the neighbouring class. Yamamoto Nana died in a car accident a year ago. What was most upsetting for Yano was that Nana was in the car of her ex-boyfriend during the accident that killed her. Yano saw it as betrayal.

Now one year later, Yano confessed his love for Takahashi during their summer school festival. Takahashi was so delighted she cried as she has liked Yano since the first time she met him. It was like dream come true for him. As she found out about Yano's past, she cannot help but be a little uneasy. What exactly was Yano's relationship with Yamamoto after her sister's death. Nanami found a picture of Yano that Yamamoto has been bringing around everyday to school. After a confrontation with Yano, she found out that Yano slept with Yamamoto after the death of her sister. Nanami then asked Yano after this incident, what would he say to Nana-chan now if given a chance. Yano said "I'll forgive everything you did (i.e he'd forgive her for two timing him) just come back alive". It was then Nanami finally accepted the fact that she might never be able to bring Yano happiness as Yano could not get over the dead Nana-chan. They broke up.

While all these dramas were happening between Nanami and Yano, Takeuchi was falling for Nanami. Takeuchi told Yano that in love, it is all about timing. If he missed the opportunity, it wouldnt come again. It was then Takeuchi decided to pursue Nanami. Yano was furious about it but it was fair competition and they remained good friends. Nanami too was attracted to Takeuchi. He's a nice guy after all. But deep down...she still likes Yano. It was after the broke up that Yano realised Nanami has became part of his life.

SO whats gonna happen? WIll Nanami be with Yano or Take at the end? What about Yamamoto...who obviously likes Yano. I cant wait for the next episode to be out!!!

Someone online was saying "Down with Yano!!! Take > Yano!"

while i think that as an outside, Take > Yano...but if i were Nana, Yano>>>>>Take despite Yano being a jerk at times. There's no way Take can match up with Yano in the heart of Nanami. Take is nice n all...but he's not Yano. I hope Yano get over Nana-chan soon. Poor Nanami.

i realised that im watching 2 animes with 2 Nanas in each so 4 Nanas...so complicated. Takumi <3 but Takumi is a jerk too. but Takumi >>>>>> Nobu even though he's a jerk.

Cooking Instant Noodles

I suddenly thought of this when I was chatting with Gwyneth on msn after cooking half a packet of instant noodles at 1.30am. I told her that my instant noodle soup was too diluted again. She said always to add less water...but I wanted it diluted...I always like my instant noodle diluted..hence I always make sure it won't be too concentrated by adding more water. But I am terrible at estimation. I cant really tell how much water is enough...even if i have cooked it a zillion times in the same pot. so instead of risking it being too concentrated...i always added more water...it usually becomes too diluted. but i will be like "owell...at least its not too concentrated".

it applies to real life too. a nice analogy...

yes, Ouran Highschool ended last week and I've finished downloading everything within 2/3 days. *gasps* and i just think Tamaki is the sweetest thing. I wouldnt mind him ending up with Haruhi or even Kyouya *slash* their "father" and "mother" pretend might as well b real! muahahahha

watched yesterday's Utawara 流石仁だ！超可愛かった！as usual Jin was full of nonsense and his weird "Johnny-san imitation" ?!?!? or was it just some weird accent he came up with...was so funny!!! and his 「オドッテルトキニテガコウナル、ソレヲナオスヨウニ、ソウスレバ、カナラズソノサキニハ、光ガアル」just made my day!!! i didnt finish downloading the Kame version cuz i dont think i'll watch it...but for the sake of the result segment...maybe i'll download it. eek.

I've decided to download the entire anime finally...and i couldnt stop myself making those screencaps of the KING, TAMAKI SUOU (須王　環)!!! Tama-chan is just so cute!!! but i must admit that the others r cute too...

Tama-chan is half-Japanese(Otousan) and half French(Okaasan) and he plays the piano xXkya~~~~~~Xx and he's the aisubeki aho and founder of the host club. i think he likes nabe...and he likes growing mushroom at a corner of a room...and of cuz he likes HARUHI!!!

Tour, Trees and my Little Prince

well Hiroki was in town yesterday so we brought him around Singapore...it was real fun being a tourist in Singapore too...taking pictures and all, not knowing the way and it felt like the time when we were in Japan. Went to Chinse Garden Lantern Festival thingy. wasnt as nice as expected.

went to the botanical gardens for field trip today. the more i take this module the more im looking at trees.
here's 2 different trees..the strangling fig and the host tree which is prob dead/half-dead and cannot be seen. we were thinking if a strangling fig will stragnle another strangling fig.

a baobab tree...will the sheep eat it up? or the elephant?

Went shopping with Jiayuan today. Ate at the new Jap restaurant at Taka basement. the dessert was soooo mouth watering. i'll be sure to eat the zenzai the next time. bought a top which was slightly too big but owell...JY bought TWO tops...

then met Sheepie for movie. and guess what?!?!? i saw this huge Kon at this shop i was like "omg its KON!!!" from about 3 metres away, totally disregarding that a life-sized Urahara was there...but the cos play was good...it was soooo totally Urahara complete with the straw hat n all...so cool!!! i wanan do bleach cosplay too!!!

and then i went to watch the long awaited WATERS or 「ウォーターズ」 or gigolo wannabes. i dunno how they came up with the English name "Gigolo WANNABES" or the chinese name "美少男出租" cuz i really think both of the name sux. In the morning I was asking my mom if she could help me check the chinese newspaper for the showtime...and she was like "which movie" and i went over n pointed to "美少男出租"...and she gave me a weird look...maybe because the title sounded like im watching some porn with young guys inside? then at the cinema the sign they put outside the theatre was "gigolo"...kinda made me feel as if i was going for some R21 movie...if i were to name it...i'll call it "the bishounen host club" or "THE HOST" which happnens to be this Korean monster movie showing now...LOL. anywayz it was a really funny show with 7 eye candies...SEVEN!!! just like snow white and the 7 dwarves and i really like the twist at the end. a MUST WATCH!!! i think the DVD is already out in Japan...maybe they'll decide to show Kisarazu Cat's Eye in Singapore...but the probability is like 0.00000001. darn! http://www.waters-movie.jp

then went for the long overdued steamboat dinner with mona, steph n sheepie. really fun. ate soooo much. mona was the meat eater...steph was the herbivore, i was the fungi eater and sheepie was the mystery food eater.

anywayz got a hair cut yesterday...kinda crappy cuz the person didnt really cut anything...i was like "can i have it shorter?" she was like "ok =.=" and she cut like 1mm shorter than it was before. GEEZ...

and i really shouldnt be rotting at home now but argh...school is just so far away...

yes...finally decided to update my pathetic blog cuz i have nothing to do now.

hmmm...let's see...what's been happening?

firstly, dear raji has gone back to Ireland....boohoo....but will be seeing her again in December! Yatta! had quite an experience in NUS with raji n sheepie. was quite pissed with the whole thing. but kinda funny n enjoyable...at least we got to hang out at our favourite place, Holland V.

went for soccer matches...i must say #9 improved alot...good foresight, Nibble! but im still dying to go for our mushroom pot as well as our babydoll top and dress outings.

school's been fun minus metabolism. lab is fun and all...

oh yeah that croc man died cuz some stingray killed him...i was expecting a croc or something to be the culprit...geez. i wonder if our physio lab will still use stingray after this incident. but stingray beats jumping frogs. argh. i hope i dun freak out during the lab where by we need to cut the frog skin. bleah.

next week we're gonna have the antis steamboat...finaly after 9 months or so..that is if nothing else comes up and ruin it again. 同じ人けど全然違う。。。ちょっとさびしいと思う。わからん。。。彼女が「ご専門はなんですか？」私が「生物です」他人見たいでしょう。仲間じゃない。。。彼女は多分私の事が全部忘れた。。。まあ仕様が無いです \(＞＿Ｏ)/

went for ktv with diana on thursday. kinda record breaking cuz i only sang 1 english song and i didnt sang even one mandarin song. hohoho. found alot of japanese songs. then met up with しんちゃん. Aaa...just like the time when we were in Japan. but the sushi didnt taste as nice didnt taste as fresh (we went sakae).

new 小栗旬 movie in town...finally a Japanese movie which is NOT Horror. haha. Gonna watch it soon!!! たのしみ！

oh yeah spent quite alot of time crying while watching 日本２４時間テレビ. of cuz A-TUN being there was a plus point but seeing how the disabled try so hard to fulfill their own dreams was so touching. Its so different from the kind of charity shows we have in Singapore. In Singapore they will have some artistes perform some "dangerous" stunts and they will then say into the camera "this is a very difficult stunt and although we got injured and all while practicing...this is nothing compared to the poor and pitiful XXX patients who have to suffer everyday so please donate and help them". 日本２４時間テレビis different. the main performers are the disabled or ill people themselves...showcasing what they are capable of...overcoming their physical difficulties and all...which is really remarkable. while i watch Jin and Maru train the Down's Syndrome kids dancing...i thought of MINDS and how we always limit them to things we THINK they are capable of doing instead of giving them a goal to achieve. I was amazed by how good they can dance and all. People donate money to encourage them and all...instead of pitying them. its so much more meaningful this way. of cuz i have to add that Jin was totally absolutely adorable thru out the show. (='x'=) and kame has yet ANOTHER new drama next season...NOOOOO enough of him already...mou~~~~~

due to my laziness i have not been blogging at all. enjoyed myself very much over here but i hate watching kimika cry and I wanna stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anywayz lesson is over and the presentation too.
went to alot of places as well as Softbank Hawks game. im sooo totally into baseball right now i watch it everyday...#18 is like SOOOO cute but he lost. 7-0 thrashing by the Nippon Ham Figthers...no hanabi...no homerun...zannendeshita. demo Lucky 7 totemo tanoshikatta. #21 is very good too!!! i wanna watch baseball again!!!
anywayz i ate the best unagi in the world at Yanagawa. its like WOW...i dunno how to describe how it felt. and the boat ride was fun...really a sampan type of boat with the oyaji rowing it along the river singing some old japanese song.
tonight its gonna be Kasuga shi Hanabi Taikai. tanoshimi!!! its gonna be as big as the one at oohori...yeah went for the oohori one with akiko n hiroki but zen zen mienai...blocked by trees...and it was sooooo hot in the yukata. and soooo crowded. but it was fun though...the atmosphere and the experience and all...
went to Yamaguchi-ken beach with okaasan, sayaka and her kareshi Kimura-san. really fun and the water was soooo clean. and i managed to find this shell fish thingy that was still alive we took it home n cook it so we can get the thing inside out and keep the shell. muahahah
went to watch gedo senki movie yesterday after the sado thingy. watched at soleria plaza. nice theatre. the show was really nice although i cant understand most of it. of cuz okada junichi's voice is as sexy as himself. and the songs are really beautiful. the background drawings were great but the character drawing was not up to expectation i felt.
really dun wanna go back to singapore. its so much fun here...

Kinda happie yesterday cuz first i got to eat mister donut when sinyee n i went to Hakata Station!!! yay to mister donut!!!

and then kimika n yuta were happie with the donuts i bought for them. double yay

and another yay for me finding my way from Hakata subway back to Kaizuka myself!!! a huge achievement for a person with very bad sense of direction.

and THEN when i went online...finally i was able to catch Jo n Raji online. chat quite alot. :D so now Raji knows how i felt when she was in ireland when there were so many changes in the status of our gang especially the Antis...duh...kinda piss...i mean...where did all the friendship gone to?!??!?!?!? ridiculous...dun worry though...i'll be back soon and we can do all the stuff we used to do...which mainly consist of slacking n stoning around cafes. muhahah.

and then today AKIKO came for LUNCH!!! i was so happie!! it was like the 3rd time i am meeting her n all...really busy for post grad students. looking forward to visiting her lab. (^o^) and its the yamakasa this friday...and then HIROSHIMA!!! i cant wait!!! hiroshima will be soooooo near to *cough cough* #5 or ex #5...

japanese lesson is really boring...very basic n all n slow...n messy argh!!! i wish i could stay at level 3 but its too big a jump.

went to the beach at Shikanoshima yesterday. really beautiful place. had a few jelly fish. KOWAII!!! but Katsumi-san took them out of the water and the rest of us buried it in the sand. HAHA.

After the beach we went to this hotel SPA. 500yen for adults. really cool outdoor bath but too hot. the indoor one was more bearable. after that it was lunch time at this bayside pasta restaurant. had some small shrimp pasta in tomato sauce. it was like 1300yen!!! takaii!! and then dessert i chose tiramisu. it was like REAL wine thingy inside...kinda strong. delicious!!! great day.

farming day on saturday was great too!!! really muddy terraces...we were like killing all their rice paddy together with the weeds. and there were small green frogs swimming around...how gross...really tiring n all. now we all can appreciate our rice more. >.<

Thats our BBQ table. huge fire cuz of all the lard. geez i ate so much oil...but Japan opened my eyes to the world of BEEF!!! RAWR!!! and i had like 2 glass of beer and i was already a little high. bleah. tried sake...really hot!!! fun n tiring day.

blogging at kyushu university central library now. host family fun!!! yuta and kimika are soooo kawaii!!! and they lifestyle is sooo healthy puts me to shame. but at least after i go back to singapore i wun have problem getting up to go to school. got lost going back home yesterday in a storm. singapore umbrellas are too lousy for the strong wind here! totally drenched n lost with a wet map and limited japanese. totemo kowaii but nice neighbours helped me. the lady even drove me back to Soejima san's door step. lucky!!!

havent been to shopping yet but tmr should be going out for dinner with the gang. TENJIN!!! ahha. and i really wanna buy the JIN lip balm by hook or by crook. miss all my anime n dorama though. ahhhhh!!!!

Mina-san, ohisashiburi desu!!! Japan is FUN FUN FUN!!! been some time since ive blogged. one main thing about japan is that everyone's very polite and one huge huge plus point is that there r soooo many droolicious cute guys all over the place. not to mention that dearest JIN's DOCOMO poster is all over the place, at Shibuya, densha station, shinkansen stations, subways, everywhere!!!! and there is this densha decorated with Jin n Kame i swear i wanna hijack it!!! LOL. and food....i've been eating like a pig since arriving. which is good considering im like a walking skeleton. argh. plenty of nice clothes n bags n shoes n accessories...u name it, u get it. but owell....too bad im　not a millionaire.

back to first thing i mentioned in the earlier post. well apparently this bird flew into the engine at changi airport so our plane to thailand was badly delayed so much so we kinda spent like the whole day wondering around the terminal aimlessly. we missed our other flight in thailand to Narita if we gonna take the delayed flight so the nice personnels at the airport helped us with a flight transfer and we got JAL line!!! can YOU believe it??? JAL is so much more expensive and JAL is soooo ATTENTION PLEASE. hahaha...

tokyo was great. too bad didnt spend more time in Shibuya. SHIBUYA!!! i cant believe i stepped foot there/ i hope i can go there again!!! Hakone was beautiful. especially Mount Fuji. She's like a lady peeping out from　behind the clouds. something like how they describe Mount Everest. Tokyo Tower just reminds me of Okada Junichi and the movie Tokyo Tower. its such a romantic sight. pity didnt get to go up. nvm...plenty of chances next time!!!

went to Kyoto. passed by Shizuoka where Shoji is. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! scoobydoo!!! Diana permed her hair at this very nice salon in kyoto. the whole salon is packed with cute hair stylists. kya!!!!!! shrines n temples are amazing!!! i love all of them. Nara was beautiful. eh and Osaka too!!! KANJANI!!! Himeji too. I love Nijo castle and all the ancient paintings. eh yeah plenty of details for next time. eh now its gonna b "meet the host families" haha.

New KAT-TUN corner on Utawara 21.05.06: KAT-TUN 60minutes. This mission, they were supposed to play volleyball against this 2 female ex national player...trick is that everyone of them must hit the ball once before serving it over the net...they must score at least a point to win.

The green juice is the one each have to drink if they lose a point. the whole team will have to drink together. it looks like some chlorophyll juice. yucks. each of them had to drink 2.2litres of that thing. Jin in specs = <^@^>*hearts*<^@^> Bakajin then randomly said he is confident in soccer as a ball game but thats out of point cuz they're playign v-ball.

So if they didnt manage to score any points within the 60min, they must Cosplay in one of those costume n take the train back home. how cute. too bad they won... T_T and thats Ueda's face being hit by the ball (not the first time his face has been smacked by a v-ball, first time was during KAT-TUN DA!) he was pretty agitated...afterall, an idol's face is most important asset. kawaii. and Jin drinking that chlorophyll water.

Went for Albirex home game yesterday against Seng Kang. 2-0 victory!!! however, there was high tension in a few period during the game. Firstly, our dear 小明 (komin) decided to do some weird stunt on the field, lying around and NOT attract the referee's attention while Albirex was on the attack. Komin, being a defender, meant that dear Johnny was alone up front facing the fierce attack from Albirex. Of cuz, Albirex did not stop because referee (nickname Kayu king) did not blow the whistle. wow wow. our センカンplayers became really agitated after that blaming the Albirex players for not stopping play during injury time. Capt had to take control of the situation. Then Johnny, bad bad Johnny pushed Ueda because the Linesman gave the ball to Albirex. but no, Kayu-king DID NOT give a yellow. some spectators decided to hurl vulgarities at Johnny for being such a bad boy n spoilt brat. of cuz Johnny hurled back more vulgarities at them. センカンの四番then decided to shout some vulgarities while throwing in...<---intentions unknown. he went on further to earn himwself a Red Card after tackling Jun. I guess Johnny was upset that his favourite #4 got red card right before match ended, decided to throw a tantrum...Komin decided to intervene. it was the battle of the giant and the dwarf. pretty amusing, the Home side started to laugh because its rare to see internal strife on the field. The センカンplayers did not offer their handshake of goodwill after the match. No sportsmanship, no unity, no quality.

went for the Selangor Sultan Cup or whatever its called. Singapore S-League won 3-0. our "favourite" had to miss many good chances and fall down in front of the goal post. everyone had the chance to play but the *toot* surrounding us spoiled my mood totally. it kinda just make me dislike the *toot* more...*toot* *toot*!!! sdfsgfdgsd!

Real life Taki Aizawa from Gravitation actually exists! Aizawa is someone who was out to hurt Shuichi and Yuki because he was jealous of Shuichi, jealous of Shuichi becoming a bigger star than him. out of his jealousy, he did things again and again to hurt Yuki and Shuichi, to mock at them. but Yuki said to him "we did not, at anything, do anything that deserve this kind of treatment from you. we did not do anything thing to u even since the beginning". Aizawa was shocked either by guilt or the sudden realization of the fact that he was just doing bad things for no reason other than his own selfishness. i hated Aizawa. his character sux totally. We need a Tohma to get rid of him or put him in place. May the real life Aizawas reflect upon their ugly selves and stop doing stuff that others don't deserve.

Saint Andrew's Village is BEAUTIFUL!!! its so huge i was so completely lost inside. had to ask for directions to get to the performing art centre. the concert was good...the music was good...the gimmicks were kinda -_-" but then thats what we do every year. very nicely made concert programme booklet too. the ticket is SO COOL!!! it just made diana n i think more about our trip to Japan! yay!

saw some of the other bandits. couldnt recognize some of them..some couldnt recognize me too. haha. its good to see old friends once in a while. glad i went.

went to Essential Brews yesterday for dinner with Mean Gurlz. the food rocks!!! the atmosphere was quite nice except for the very noisy bunch at one of the table. Almost died laughing when Jill was imitating Dong Shu Hua, the news anchor. there was even a news conference about the "monk" and his porn magazine n fishing. then after Jo went home, Jill n I went to Holland V BK...the guy at the counter was SO DAMN IRRITATING:
- a middle aged man speaking with american accent
- refused to asnwer my question directly regarding the onion rings and the kids meal
- refused to acknowledge that lime juice is similar to lemonade
- refused to acknowledge that "none" and "neither" practically mean "i dont wan any"
- refused to accept the fact that one can ask for BOTH creamer and sugar for the tea
- kept swinging his bunch of keys around to hint that they're closing
- played the "doors are closing, please stand clear" tone to further hint they're closing
- open both doors wide to hint that they are closing that very minute
- gave a pissed expression when i asked for a paper bag

and it was the first time i made a "prank call" <---Jerry!!! haha

moving out today. gonna miss everyone.

[Music Station] REAL FACE - the boulders

Yet another wonderful performance on Music Station by KAT-TUN following the very hilarious batman medley a few years ago and the jedi/light sabre performance and some other flying in mid air performance. Now, they perform their first debut single, REAL FACE, a really cool song written by one of the B'z members. This performance was on Music Station on 28th April 2006, which means it was after their debut concert tour around Japan. The setting was some studio with 3 rock wall surrounding them. watch how the wall fall like some Berlin war effect. muahaha. i couldnt stop laughing after watching. and i rewatched a few times...each time as amused as the previous. and of cuz....my fingers couldnt keep to itself...i took quite alot of screencaps.

check out how the first wall fell during the first interval of the song. while they moved around being cool....they couldnt help but have to watch for falling boulders and had to ensure they don't trip over them. tough...

Now, how many times do Ueda smile during a performance? close to 0.000001 time. this is a rare shot. and of cuz...a special Junno solo picture without him doing hamster wheel. why? cuz i put it up for Jiayuan since she has officially become his fan. watch how the OTHER side wall fell during the 2nd song interval.

there, the last wall standing in the middle of the stage. watch as it fell...the side walls were removed and then all that was left were some foam-made boulders all over the floor.

special akame shot. and Jin's very famous side glance thingy he do in all his songs. the shocked look jin gave the camera almost killed me. like what the ?!?!??! was that!?!??! lol. and the wink!! special kame piccie. ganbatte ne kame-chan!

finally the finale. Jin hugging one of the boulders at the end of the song. its just way funny n cute. i bet he tot those boulders were dumb too. i think maru kinda encouraged him and everyone just looked amused. u know those boulders...they look like those from period dramas...those swordsman with special power/qi balls and they will kinda make the boulders explode during their fights. either that or the male n female lead will b trapped in some ancient cave and the entranced blocked by those foam boulders. its just so hilarious. like come on its KAT-TUN...the cool ones..with boulders flying around in their song is just so funny.

watched shounenclub spring special. Jin used the word "girigiri" as his worst shortcoming. went to check it out and i realized its the perfect word to use on me. because it means "last minute". yes, im the most last minute person i know. and its not a good thing!!!

LSM2102 wasnt too bad considering it was just MCQs. but then again, i coulda done better if im not such a girigiri person. i shoulda gotten The Cell and read thru the last few chapters. argh.

GEM2003 tomorrow. although i s/u-ed it and its open book, i'm a little worried because my group presentation was totally messed up. and kikoman wasnt exactly nice when marking my term paper. need to do those readings. argh. girigiri

DEAD. screwed up the first test. did ok for the 2nd one by sheer luck. and now its the final paper and im totally screwed for it. it will b a miracle if i pass. i hate metabolism. it was never my pet-chapter. in fact...its the one that usually cost me my marks in exams back in sec sch n JC. so when this whole module on metabolism came up this semester...i knew i was screwed. and geez...i didnt even put in any effort to improve the situation. i only made it worst. eeks. and it HAD to b at 5pm till 7pm --> wun b able to go for match <--

utawar hot hit screencaps. for each episode, 4 kat-tun members will b asked to go into this room individually and well meet something i guess and their reaction is supposed to show u the "REAL FACE" of them...lol so cheesy. and it follows with some psychological analysis of their actions and responses. this week, kame n maru sat out so it was jin, ueda, J and koki. Jin...omg his outfit looked like he's going into the asylum >.< anywayz jin is way cute. his reaction when that huge black dog came out was hilarious. then he started calling him wan-chan and Jon...*as opposed to Jojo...but its very close to Jo's name heh*

ueda is DA BEST!!! he rode the dog like a horse. then he hugged it...stood up with it...and did this sumo thingy...and the dog is soooo HUGE. it looks like scooby doo. so ueda is supposed to b a person who goes right out to the person he likes and makes his kokuhaku. then the 3rd person...owell he called the dog Jon too *copycat!* J also attempted to 自High which maru countered by giving a very bored face. *tsumaranai!* then matsu-jun was wondering why jin and J called the dog Jon of all names Jin replied saying that if he had called the dog JUN matsujun prob woulda b angry or something. score Jin-1 Jun-0

then for koki he was messing around. his *frisbee on the head* thingy was really funny. and he KISSED the dog!!!

then Real Face topped the weekly chart. they performed it at some construction site 40m underground...some new underground train tunnel *i would go watch if they perform at the circle line construction site!* quite a cool idea though its kinda *over* then at the end...all the construction workers came out of no where n did some skipping around kat-tun. that was really spastic cuz a bunch of middle aged guy dancing around cute & hot 20s guys is way WRONG. then they were surrounded by them...i really doubt they're interested but they gave each other hi-fi *another spastic move* and everyone pretended like they really enjoy doing hi-fi like pri sch kids in a 40m underground tunnel. then i guess the high died down but kame was still 自High-ing and koki entertained him. so stupid. but this is better than the batman performance from music station years ago.

and why am i bloggin at 3.31am 13th April 2006 when i have 2 tests in hours to come? cuz im sick and tired of metab. metab can go to hell. metab sux. metab should just metabolise the textbook and the exam script and leave me alone!!!
but looking forward to the Jap oral test. so excited. i hope i dun screw up.

mean gurls sleepover last friday. before that...went for swensens with BJJJ...and i choked on calamari rings...lol. took some retarded looking neoprints...so funny...then went for match. glad was a draw. then had a great time..watched ichi litteru no namida with jerry n nibble in my room. didnt take many funny pictures though. then next day went holland v for sushi tei. lol...also died laughing watching nibble squash up the fish eggs...and her multi shots.

yes, last week was officially the worst week/weekend for this year. well first i had the chance to read someone's blog and im totally piss by what the person said/accused. darn...its almost like all the years of going back to alumni didnt count and that everone's just selfish n all. i guess it all boils down to reality that not everyone is as free/committed. dun expect everyone to b equally committed...if u think ur 100% commitment is at a certain level...dun put it as a benchmark for other ppl because u CANT and u r not authorized to. different ppl have different benchmark so don't judge. coming back n not coming back at all is totally different. be appreciative of everyone's effort just as we're appreciative of yours. don't think that u r the only one who is working so hard n all for alumni. please remember that before u...there were also ppl working hard for alumni and still do. if u cant accept things like illness leave or examinations...then dun ask these ppl back. one doesnt have to keep saying what sacrifices they had made to make it for practices. and neither do they have to risk their examinations cuz of alumni. im saying this not because im a study freak but it's reality. before putting ur expectations too high...listen out for those who had been there done it...what we have now is a great leap from what we used to have...be content and build on it. dun expect us to sound like some professional or work like a professional cuz its a young band and its not time yet. not the first time im saying this. oh yeah...damn myself for being sick on one of the practices...damn myself for being late cuz i had to go for my volunteering sessions to help mentally disabled children, damn myself to have to hand in my lab report on the day of the concert and had to rush home immediately after that to complete it, damn myself for having lessons until 8pm and had to rush down to practice taking a cab, and of cuz, damn myself for being bigmouth enough to bother to say i wanna b in a committee.

OMEDETOU!!! im so hype over this debut thingy...so happie today!!! and their album ROCKS!!! it is soooo much better than what i've expected!!! i cant wait to get my hands on one of them...too bad the box set is sold out...i was really tempted to buy it. owell...

hmmm AMB concert is over. well...it was fun...going back n playing with all the bandits like old times...and watching mr lim n mr yea conduct and mrs lim sang...just couldnt stand the very fake principal. argh. i must admit the music wasnt very good...maybe due to lack of practice or whatever...nonetheless...it was fun. i guess we're still a very young band...cant expect us to play like NIE band or NTU or whatever. i think we should b content with what we have now...alumni band was NOTHING a few years ago...now...we have SOMETHING...maybe we cant play very good music yet but its a start...build on it and all. and i love those floats they gave to the conductors.

and guess what...my restriction enzyme was quite successful...quite a nice gel photo...so happie!!! its like my FIRST electrophoresis thingy i did alone. and this other TA was calling me from behind today thinking im one of the other TA...lol it was so funny because jiayuan was like looking at him in a weird manner and i wasnt responding at all since he wasnt calling my name. and last week denise tot she was me and was asking her some weird question without looking up from her work.

Miura sensei was in town this week. wasnt able to go for sado on thur cuz lesson all the way...managed to greet her at the canteen though during lunch. friday was sick in the morning (due to lack of sleep?)so didnt go help out during sado performance. went on saturday morning though. was able to understand about 60% of what sensei was saying. she kinda used simpler japanese so everyone can understand :D and there's this okashi that is called seagull egg...totemo oishii desu!!! actually its not really an egg...the outer coating is white chocholate and some white bean paste inside. gwyneth n gang going Japan on 12th May...i cant go...:( but i really hope i can go Fukuoka.

went shopping with jo n manda today. manda bought this really nice n sexy dress (*whistle*) for her cousin's wedding. jo bought more kames....and one actually look like the guy himself with the cheeky smile. i cant believe i forgot to bring JIN out today. and i cant believe jill ate the chocolates!!!

bought this skirt myself..its kinda big so gonna alter. wanted to buy the jacket thingy but too big. argh. and this other gothic top...but then its tube top which i dun wear.

checked out kat-tun album preorder its like 55bucks for the album and 50 for the dvd...takai desu ne...demo ne...i gonna buy it. went to hmw myself when jo was getting her pedicure done...saw all the j-pop cd...they even have the latest koichi doumoto's album and also matsuura aya's new single...then i downloaded most of the new singles...hehe...didnt buy orange range this time round...looked for remioromen but not available.

and all the myojo/duet/winkup/potato at kinokuniya were sold out...booboo...

going kbox with diana on thur...looking forward to it. and theres sado performance on saturday and alumni band again!

went to watch brokeback this evening with gwyneth n zhenmin...my firts ever R21 movie...was kinda worried that they wun let me in cuz my bday is in november. anywayz its a GREAT show cuz
1. heath ledger is in it
2. the scenery is awesome!!!
3. the plot is good
4. there's alot of angsting
5. its funny
6. theres many sheepie's relatives starring in it

i was just thinking...the 2 wives are very interesting characters as well...Ennis' wife actually saw him n Jack smooching...first thing she caught her husband smooching someone behind her back and then the 2nd thing was that she realised her husband is not straight. its like a double blow...poor thing. as for Jack's wife, i think she was suspecting her husband all the while because Ennis was just a name, her husband's good fishing n hunting buddy...the name coulda been a mistress or something so i guess she didnt care n concentrated on her career. the part when Ennis hugged Jack's clothes after his death was soooo touching i cried. its just that they were sooo stuck and they dunno what to do. meh i love this movie.

Just watched Nana..LOVE IT!!!
hoping to read the manga too...gwyneth once asked which guy i like but i dun like any of the main characters...this is judging from the movie of cuz...not based on the manga...i like the TRAPNEST bassist cuz i like bassists and omg he's HOT!!! his "okaeri nana-chan" almost made me fall off the chair!!! and i like nakashima mika's "konbanwa BLAST desu". ok TRAPNEST's bassist is called takumi and he's played by tetsuji tamayama (玉山鉄二)...who happens to b the lead in brother beat and hence im downloading that now...muahahha. i guess it makes sense for him to act as mokomichi's brother cuz they're like equally hot but of cuz tamayama is hotter than mokomichi :P

anywayz, Jo n Jill (sound like some brand :P) helped me buy my lil kame-chan whom ive named JIN cuz he's so cute n intelligent looking. i shall post his picture up soon. my infra red is officially dead. went for ALBIREX match on friday...was kinda glad for JO :) very happie. JUN played for 2nd half...dun think it's his best performance but owell...they won. :)

and geez winning is sweet...winning against assenal and man u consecutively is SWEET!

and im falling in love with yamato. initially i didnt like it at all...but the more i listen, the more i play, the more i like it. especially the trombone parts as well as the eupho solo in mvt. 4. hopefully the horrible school will let us have our concert in peace...can we like NOT invite the princiPAL?

My Surprise BDAY cake!!! sheepie, mona n steph appeared at my doorstep while i was still sleeping n had this nice lil celebration for me in the midst of exams and all :D

Raji's play called KhoJ. This was before she flew to Ireland. It's a punjabi drama at Victoria Theatre. she was acting as a momo (dunno how to spell but basically like a witch/medium) it was hilarious. and as u can see from the picture, all of us decided to dress up in punjabi suits and we were sooo overdressed but it was fun! i didnt wear the original punjabi top cuz it was too small...made do with my red top. and raji's top looks like the one JIN wore for the kaizoukuban concert. *hearts*

not referring to all but most of the ones ive met just creep me out and just piss me off sooo much i wanna stuff a certain person's head in the dryer. that specific inconsiderate chuugokujin had to mess up my laundry just cuz i was 2 minutes late to collect my laundry. oh yeah...the usual uncivilised manners n actions...as if they have never lived with other ppl before...dunno whats considersation...dunno whats common sense. HELLO my laundry basket is THERE for a reason and if u think u will die if u wait a minute more to dry ur clothes....at least have the courtesy to remove my clothes from the dryer n put them IN my laundry basket...not ON the dryer not BEHIND the dryer and not ON the floor. ARGH. DAIKIRAI!!!!!!!!!! SAITEI!!!! and why am i not surprise the girl happens to b from my favourite kuni. haha....to quote gwyneth....i practice "horizontal discrimination" and i cant help it if creeps like them always piss me off. oh geez...

新年おめでとう！ jap lessons so far so good...gonna get tougher. checked out the kyusgu daigaku summer school program...6weeks!!! and its kinda affordable...i soooo wanna go...hope my application goes through!!! *cross my fingers* had a fun time at mr lim's house with the ambians.

had a fun time with the sado ppl at gwyneth's house. was quite apprehensive about drinking alcohol cuz i dun usually drink...and i dun even like beer but i took some n realised...hey..its actually ok...carlsberg is not too bitter. the red wine was better...but i didnt drink much...dun wanna get drunk n all...the rest had vodka after that. impressive ne! then we had our very long mahjong session. shared with june against gwyneth, cherkiat, huangwei/zhenmin. poor huangwei/zhenmin didnt win at all...june n i won 2 bucks. thats like the first time i win something from mahjong. ahha. think will b going to manda's house with clar n horse next week. geez gordon n glendon(how u spell it) are sooooo cute! especially glendon. cho kawaiii desu. cant wait to see them again...then i can play jenga with my "boyfriend" gelndon again. clar can have gordon (dunno if i got their names right...glendon is the lil bro...gordon the older one)...haha...and perhaps he'll give me a paper aeroplane like last year during manda's bday. oh we also played this silly game at her house with a bunch of other andersonians. my forfeit was to go to manda's parents n auntie's mahjong table...and then do the anderson cheer loud n clear. so maluing...aunties were laughing at me la...omg...but was fun none the less...

yeah the moment has arrived...KAT-TUN debut! i can soon get clear nice recording of their songs without crazy fangirls' screaming at the background. A single, an album and a DVD...i think i'll only afford the album...and i want the limited edition one...hopefully they'll feature Jins solo...cross my fingers...and i think ive more or less decided to tag along the sado peepz if they're going japan this may. that will be after KAT-TUN's spring concert 2006(what an original name...)whatever...at least i can go eat some takoyaki and sukiyaki and enjoy myself in an onsen.

adrielle's room - lil ah hei, a father of 5 escaped from home today. however, after much coaxing with food, he reappeared again 3 times before he was caught and returned to his home. little ah hei just became a father for the first time a week ago. his wife, lil ah bai was not available for interview as she was busy climbing around the cage and tending to the 5 lil ones, of which, 4 are white like the mother and one is grey like the father. putting the Mendel's Law of segregation into use...we can conclude with very low confidence that the white fur coat is the dominant allele. when we interviewed the Special Hamster Police Squad, the officer commented, "lil ah hei approached his house and after making eye contact with me, he ran off into hiding again, and again he approached the food trap only to flee at the sight of our SHP officers. he was finally caught by the senior officer when he tried the alternative route to reach his food." lil ah hei refused to comment after being caught but was seen eating like a hungry ghost hamster and drinking to his heart's content.

I guess i got a lil out of control pressing the screenshot button. Tackey & Tsubasa's new single, Venus is VERY NICE!!! owell...check out the guy with the curly hair...he reminded me of Singapore's Phua Chu Kang. He went on to do this retarded ballet dance while the "wife" sang the song Konayuki by Remioromen...kinda funny...then the funny guy who does the skits acted as koda yumi...he used this kitsune food thingy as a mouse for his laptop...hilarious. maru's hand pressing koki's head was kinda funny. this time round, enka queen sang to a group of "adults" but not ppl...but adult doggies...lol. nice song though.

jap tutorials are FUN!!! Even shitty lab session for LSM2202 was kinda bearable...i like talking to the prof...he really question us and we had no where to run but to use our brain cells n give him a sensible answer. lol. challenging!

Just finished watching the latest utawara hot hits...its this japanese music variety show whereby they ask weirdos to sing some of the current songs on the hit chart. my favourite would b the lady in cheongsam...supposingly the enka queen...its really cool watching her sing RnB in cheongsam. and they have really retarded skits too. love the one they tried imitating laruku. couldnt resist taking some screencaps...mostly of jin. and i caught kame laughing till his face was totally squashed like wayne rooney. haha. and geez...what happened to his hair? then these 2 gangsta weirdos sang seishun amigo...the setting was one of those desert/mountain/countryside area they use to shoot those power rangers fight scene. it was so hilarious...the 2 old ah bengs dancing to the song...and they even had those special effects...explosions n all...
then it was the "kat-tun loves" segment...well thats the part i look forward to everytime...but geez...i wish they'd just let them perform...not invite someone n then have kat-tun doing a cover or background dancing. this week was totally retarded...im not a great fan of their "pretentious fighting" dance...it started with T-TUN flinging their katanas around...then akame sang the rock version of kizuna...doesnt sound very nice...the harmony was rather off...:( then everyone started swinging their katanas fighting against some other guys...then the old man appeared...he's some renowned samurai actor i think...he was fighting alot of guys alone...then he had this super serious expression on his face i tot its ridiculous for a dance performance...the kat-tun continued their play-fighting...i'd rather watch them dance...really...nonetheless...this is better than shounen club cuz at least utawara has kat-tun inside...:D

yes...minna...im sick again...darn weather. am alive n kicking but sick...and i had to endure the painfully long lab session yesterday even though i was sick...6hours of lab...but quite happie that i got to partner with jiayuan and we actually got some results n were able to ask intelligent questions. LOL.

didnt get the tutorial for why history...have to do manual tutorial balloting tml...acks.

and yea...met michelle the tweety bird for lunch today at munchie monkey. and saw aldo the other day too. went ktv with diana on monday but we ended up wanting to shop more than we wanted to sing. then met up with 2/5 of the antis...steph n mona...had a fun time.

Jap lang lecture quiz today...wasnt too bad...was sitting alone n all...boo.

was at the medical centre at YIH. saw the doc n all...she was such a slacker...

me: "i think i have a cold..." [then i described further]

then she proceeded to use the stethoscope on me..twice within 1 sec...and i only took one breath and she was done.

my CNY resolution is to eat as much goodies as possible to gain 5kg! then perhaps i'll stop looking at kids' wear thinking they're for adults. lol
